Be the change
you want to see
My passion for design started when I was a child.
My father had a print shop on the ground floor of our house, and I grew up there surrounded with the smell of paper and ink.
I spent a lot of time seeing my father working, asking questions and watching him turn raw materials into finished products. It was fascinating to see.
Soon, I started making things myself. I began creating stickers, t-shirts, and websites for my friends and classmates.
What started as a game eventually became my career.
I studied Art and Design in Milan, and I have now been a professional designer since 2006.
I began my career in Packaging Design, but since 2015 I have focused on Digital and Tech Products.
My role has evolved significantly over the years. I started as a Packaging Designer, my curiosity led me into UX and Product Design, and I am now integrating AI-driven workflows to stay at the forefront of the industry.

I have worked across the full spectrum of business environments, from fast paced Startups and Scale-ups to large global Corporates.
Throughout my career, I have applied my skills to many different industries, including Automotive, Health, Fintech, and Retail.
This diversity has taught me to adapt seamlessly to different business models, work environments, and user needs, giving me a highly versatile and well-rounded perspective as a designer.
In recent years, my role has naturally evolved from pure craft into design leadership and project management.
Today, I solve complex business problems by enabling teams. I clear operational roadblocks, streamline project delivery, and mentor individuals so everyone has the space to succeed.

A real passion and understanding of how design can be used to create impact allowed my career growth to perfectly align with what IKEA was looking for.
Working at IKEA, means having the privilege of working alongside a design team of over 300 talented professionals spanning UX, research, content design, design systems, brand, and accessibility & inclusion.
From a professional perspective, it has been quite humbling to work for an organization that is fully embedded worldwide, where a project you are working on can definitely affects both the business and the people at large scale.
To remind us of who we are building things for, and to touch our impact firsthand, the company organizes a couple of days per year to work in the store. This ensures we maintain direct contact with the customers and stay connected to the Ikea value on for what is famous for: the blue-box store.
No matter how much our disciplines suggest simplifying and bucketing things, it is clear that when you have a worldwide reach of customers like IKEA, you must be humble and accept that the world is beautifully different across socities and countries.
Whether you’re aiming for a promotion, navigating a career change, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help.
You can find me and a wonderful community of mentors on ADPList.
